Cayde: A Wolf Jackson Story

Gunnery Sergeant Elijah Thompson Cayde, “Cayde” for short, has spent the last nine years running from the pain of his past. He couldn’t outrun it while he was in the service overseas, nor has he been able to outrun it now that he is stateside. Life in the Marines was simple: there was always a mission to uptake, always some kind of directive. Now that he is back home, all he sees are the scars of wounds that never healed. Even with his best friend and battle buddy, William “Wolf” Jackson, living with him in the home he and his late wife shared together, he can’t shake the feeling of being hopelessly alone.
Plagued by nightmares one night, Cayde decides to clear his head by taking a walk through the brisk Billings, Montana night. He soon finds himself chasing memories, landing him in the front of a church. In an odd twist of fate, Cayde unwittingly becomes the witness of a drug operation. Being the protector that he is, Cayde gets involved, protecting a young teen, and chasing off the criminals with the help of the young pastor.
Little does Cayde know, he is about to embark on the hardest mission of his life, placing him on a journey of justice, healing, and purpose. Old wounds begin to bubble to the surface as he runs into an old friend who requests his help to take down the drug ring. Despite his debilitating injuries he sustained overseas, he trusts his training. When that doesn’t seem to be enough, he must put his trust in something more than himself.
Gospel-Centered Christmas

Illustrated with your favorite seasonal cookie, this book aims to bring God’s plan of salvation to the front of our minds this holiday. Get the family together to enjoy the simplified message, or use the scripture reading plan to guide your family on a study of their own!
This book is a unique hybrid between a children's picture book and a 12-day advent reading for families, complete with suggested activities for all ages. It tells the story of the Biblical Christmas within the bigger picture of the Bible. It begins with Adam and Eve's sin and the need for a savior, and it ends with Jesus paying the price for our sin and the ability for us to be in right relationship with Him. The images are fun for children, and the message is for everyone. It is an excellent addition to your Christmas traditions, and a great gift for baby showers or other special occasions.
